It was recently reported that uploading results to Zeus (ESNZ's software behind the web site and national data system) was not differentiating between 1st places in a Classes with multiple divisions - which affected some shows. This update appends the division into the class number if it is there in the spreadsheet that you send to ESNZ.

Note that divisions are included mostly for historical reasons and are not really necessary - just create multiple classes! Avoiding divisions also neatly skirts the issue where you can't have the same multiple judges on each division in a class (you should not do this, though some show managers have set up shows this way).

Other minor adjustments include:-

- a print empty scoreboard for Dressage
- tweaks to printout for dressage 1 judge
- adjustments to position and size of XC time faults on interim reports
- adjustments to vertical lines on final report (3 judge version)
