Importing Excel 2007 documents

Athenaeum Pro 7.0, 7.5, Athenaeum Express 8 and Athenaeum Light 7.0 can import data that is saved as Excel spreadsheets.

However, Microsoft have just released a new version of Excel - Excel 2007 - that uses a different file format which can not be imported directly.

The solution is to first save a copy of the Excel 2007 spreadsheet in the earlier .xls format.
